I’m LAUREN ROBERSON.
I've spent the last 16 years building a career in personal injury litigation. As a Texas Board Certified Paralegal in Personal Injury Trial Law, I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the top trial lawyers and law firms in Texas, primarily handling high-exposure, high-limit policy cases from intake through trial.
Throughout my career, I've learned that successful litigation isn't just about great attorneys—it's about great teams. Behind every well-prepared case is a confident, knowledgeable paralegal who understands not only what to do, but why it matters.
I know that because I lived it.
Attorneys are incredibly busy serving their clients. Senior paralegals are focused on managing complex cases and maximizing their time. As a result, training often becomes inconsistent, informal, or is overlooked altogether. New paralegals are expected to "figure it out" as they go, which can leave them feeling overwhelmed and uncertain.
I've seen firsthand how the lack of structured training impacts an entire firm. It can lead to lower confidence, increased turnover, missed opportunities within a case, inconsistent work product, and ultimately lost revenue. When paralegals don't understand what to look for, what questions to ask, or how to proactively move a case forward, attorneys spend more time correcting mistakes instead of practicing law.
Along the way, I also saw a problem that exists in law firms of every size.
That is why I created Roberson Legal ConsultinG.
My passion has always been litigation, helping injured clients, and developing strong legal professionals. My goal is to provide the training that attorneys don't have time to give and that senior paralegals shouldn't have to step away from their work to provide. Through practical, real-world instruction, I help law firms develop confident, capable paralegals who contribute meaningfully to every stage of litigation.
